We understand there may be circumstances where clients will need to cancel a scheduled photo assignment. Please contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible to let us know the event has been canceled. There is no charge for canceling a photo shoot prior to the photographer’s arrival.

When purchasing a Digital Release rate for an assignment, only the office, department or group associated with the purchasing shortcode has permission to display and distribute images for departmental use. Use of the digital images cannot be transferred to a third party. If someone outside the department wishes to use the images, please direct them to Michigan Photography to arrange payment.

Also note, all of our photographs, including those images shot while on assignment, may be added to our image archive and made available to all gallery visitors.
